Carne Asada Tacos

Ingredients:

¹⁄₃ cup olive oil
1½ pounds (680 g) flank steak
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
¹⁄₃ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Four teaspoons minced garlic
One teaspoon ground cumin
One teaspoon chili powder


Directions:

1. Brush the fry basket with olive oil.
2. Put the flank steak in a large mixing bowl—season with salt and
pepper.
3. Add the lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, and chili powder and toss
to coat the steak.
4. For the best flavor, let the steak marinate in the refrigerator for about 1
hour.
5. Press Start/Cancel. Preheat the air fryer oven to 400ºF (204ºC)
6. Put the steak in the fry basket. Insert the fry basket at mid position.
Select Air Fry, Convection, and set time to 7 minutes. Flip the steak.
Air fry for 7 minutes more or until an internal temperature reaches at
least 145ºF (63ºC).
7. Let the steak rest for about 5 minutes and then cut into strips to serve.
