Crispy Mongolian Beef

Ingredients

• Olive oil
• ½ C. almond flour
• 2 pounds beef tenderloin or beef chuck, sliced into strips

Sauce:

• ½ C. chopped green onion
• tsp. Red chili flakes
• tsp. almond flour
• ½ C. brown sugar
• tsp. hoisin sauce
• ½ C. water
• ½ C. rice vinegar
• ½ C. low-sodium soy sauce
• 1tbsp. chopped garlic
• 1tbsp. Finely chopped ginger
• tbsp. olive oil


Directions:

1. They were preparing the Ingredients. Toss strips of beef in almond flour,
ensuring they are coated well. Add to the Cuisinart air fryer oven.
2. Air Frying. Set temperature to 300°F, set time to 10 minutes, and cook 10
minutes at 300 degrees.
3. Meanwhile, add all sauce ingredients to the pan and bring to a boil. Mix
well.
4. Add beef strips to the sauce and cook 2 minutes.
5. Serve over cauliflower rice!
