Swedish Meatballs

Preparation Time: 10minutes
Cooking Time: 14 minutes
Serving: 4

Ingredients

For the meatballs

1pound 93% lean ground beef
1 (1-ounce) packet Lipton Onion Recipe Soup & Dip Mix
⅓ cup bread crumbs
One egg, beaten
Salt
Pepper

For the gravy

1cup beef broth
⅓ cup heavy cream
1tablespoons all-purpose flour

Directions:

1. We are preparing the Ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the ground
beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, egg, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix
thoroughly.
2. Using two tablespoons of the meat mixture, create each meatball by
rolling the beef mixture around in your hands. They should yield about
ten meatballs.
3. Air Frying. Place the meatballs in the Cuisinart air fryer oven. It is okay to
stack them—Cook for 14 minutes.
4. While the meatballs cook, prepare the gravy. Heat a saucepan over
medium-high heat.
5. Add the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
6. Add the flour and stir. Cover and allow the sauce to simmer for 3 to 4
minutes, or until thick.
7. Drizzle the gravy over the meatballs and serve.
