Roast Lamb Shoulder

Ingredients

• 1 lb. boneless lamb shoulder roast
• Four cloves garlic, minced
• One tablespoon rosemary, chopped
• Two teaspoon thyme leaves
• Three tablespoon olive oil, divided
• Salt
• Black pepper
• 2 lb. baby potatoes halved


Directions:

• Toss potatoes with all the herbs, seasonings, and oil in a baking tray.
• Press “Power Button” of Air Fry Oven and turn the dial to select the “Air
Roast” mode.
• Press the Time button and again turn the dial to set the cooking time to 60
minutes.
• Now push the Temp button and rotate the dial to set the temperature at 370
degrees F.
• Once preheated, place the lamb baking tray in the oven and close its lid.
• Slice and serve warm.
