Sesame Taj Tofu

Ingredients:

• One block firm tofu pressed and cut into 1-inch thick cubes
• Two tablespoons soy sauce
• Two teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
• One teaspoon rice vinegar
• One tablespoon cornstarch


Directions:

1. Preheat the air fryer oven to 400ºF (204ºC).
2. Add the tofu, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and rice vinegar in a bowl and
mix well to coat the tofu cubes. Then cover the tofu in cornstarch and
put it in the air fryer basket.
3. Place the air fryer basket onto the baking pan and slide into Rack
Position 2, select Air Fry, and set time to 25 minutes, giving the basket
a shake at 5-minute intervals to ensure the tofu cooks evenly.
4. Serve immediately.
