Super Veg Rolls

Preparation Time: 20minutes

Ingredients:

• Two potatoes, mashed
• ¼ cup peas
• ¼ cup mashed carrots
• One small cabbage, sliced
• ¼ cups beans
• Two tablespoons sweet corn
• One small onion, chopped
• ½ cup bread crumbs
• One packet spring roll sheets
• ½ cup cornstarch slurry


Directions:

1. Press Start/Cancel. Preheat the air fryer oven to 390ºF (199ºC).
2. Boil all the vegetables in water over low heat. Rinse and allow
drying.
3. Unroll the spring roll sheets and spoon equal amounts of
vegetables onto the center of each one. Fold into spring rolls and
coat each one with the slurry and bread crumbs. Transfer to the fry
basket.
4. Insert the fry basket at mid position. Select Air Fry, Convection,
and set time to 10 minutes.
5. Serve warm.
