Roast Chicken with Lemon, Garlic, and Rosemary

Stage 1
Preheat the broiler to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Stage 2
Wipe chicken off and sprinkle salt on all sides and inside the pit. Sprinkle with dark pepper. Pluck the leaves from 1 spring of rosemary and sprinkle on the chicken. Spot the other entire twig inside the pit alongside garlic and lemon.

Stage 3
Spot the chicken on a broiling rack set inside a cooking dish.

Stage 4
Heat in the preheated broiler until not, at this point pink at the bone and the juices run clear, around 60 minutes. A moment read thermometer embedded into the thickest piece of the thigh, close to the bone, should peruse 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
