Spice Roasted Chicken Quarters

Stage 1
Trim any overhanging skin from the chicken pieces. Whisk earthy colored sugar, ocean salt, 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoons onion powder, 1/2 teaspoons paprika, oregano, dry mustard, celery seed, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl. Rub zest blend over every chicken piece and under the skin of bosom pieces; cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for around 60 minutes.

Stage 2
Whisk maple syrup, yellow mustard, earthy colored mustard, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and dark pepper together in a bowl.

Stage 3
Preheat stove to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a heating sheet with aluminum foil.

Stage 4
Spot chicken pieces skin-side up on arranged container; place bosom pieces in focus of dish, and spot leg quarters close to the edges.

Stage 5
Broil in the preheated broiler 15 minutes; season chicken with maple coat. Turn dish; broil 15 minutes, and treat again with maple coat. Keep broiling until chicken is not, at this point pink at the bone and squeezes run clear, seasoning again if necessary, around 10 minutes. A moment read thermometer embedded close to the bone should peruse 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
